During phase 1 of HCG Remedy for Rapid weightloss, which last 2 days, the suggested use is 12 drops 3 times a day or 6 drops 6 times per day. Phase 2, which last 21-40 days depending on your weightloss goal, you'll take 12 drops 3 times per day with a 500 calorie diet. Phase 3, you will skip the drops ast this is a transition phase from eating low calorie back to a normal calorie count. As far as the drops go, you will need to count the drops.
