I'm not sainyg I know more than you, I'm just sainyg that cancer or pneumonia or another disease like that doesn't care how much muscle you have or how healthy you are. Sure, you're more likely to survive it and it won't be a severe, but that's just like putting air bags in cars. You can't prevent an accident, only lessen the effect it has on your body. If you could prevent it, then everyone wouldn't be searching for a magic cure for illness.
