Malic Relief Formula, is a combination of vitamins, minerals, herbs, and nutrients to help support the muscular system. Malic relief helps relieve joint and muscle aches and pains due to excercise and conditions such as Fibromyalgia. Malic Acid, one of the key ingredients in Malic Relief Formula, is an important intermediate in the energy producing cycle in cellular mitochondria; It is best used as an anti-inflammatory and as a mild and natural analgesic. Magnesium supports the activity of enzymes involved in energy production and it enhances the benefits of Malic acid for relief of muscle pain, especially in Fibromyalgia. The DL form of Phenylalanine is used in controlling muscle and joint pain.

Question: I have a question regarding the Malic Magnesium vs. the malic Relief formula. I have Fibromyalgia and I'm not sure which would be best to take or would I use the Malic Magnesium as a supplement and take the Relief formula as needed? - A: Both malic supplements have similar amounts of malic acid and magnesium however Malic Relief has additional nutrients that may be helpful to people such as calcium. The particular supplements have not been studied on different ailments so we cannot say which product would be better for you though taking both supplements does not seem necessary. Your physician would be able to give you the best advise as they are familiar with your medical condition.
