Question: . . . . . it's not as filling as the cholocate royale flavor.If you want a more filling shake, add a scoop of strawberry slim-fast powder to this in the blender, and it's much thicker and more filling.I work a very physical job, and I'm trying to keep healthy, so I mix up a concoction of 2 cans of this, 2 scoops of the strawberry slim-fast powder, and 1 or 2 scoops (The old scoop from strawberry slimfast can. ) of genisoy strawberry protein powder, blend it in a blender, and keep it in a mason jar in my lunch bag in the fridge at work. It's the ultimate in lazy but healthy food. Yeah, there's stuff that's better for you, but this is better than eating fast food, or eating out of the machine at work. I love these, if they were only a bit thicker texture, it would be a perfect product. Small doses from the quart jar of shake tides me over all day, and complimented by lightly sweetened tea, keeps me from eating double whoppers and drinking energy drinks. It's also cheaper than eating from the machine. It's a good thing.Another thing I just found'.Strawberry slim-fast is great on cold cereal-anytime.
