Chest Rub temporarily relieves cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation occurring with the common cold. It helps to control the impulse to cough so you can rest. A fresh herbal vaporizing balm, Chest Rub contains Camphor in a base of essential oils: Eucalyptis, Pine Needle, Peppermint, Lemon, Cypress, Lavender, Sage and Thyme.

Directions: Adults and children 2 years of age and older: rub on the throat and chest in a thick layer. Cover with a warm, dry cloth if desired. Clothing should be loose about the throat and chest to help vapors reach the nose and mouth. Use up to three times daily or as directed by a doctor. Children 2 years of age: Ask a doctor.

Active ingredient: Camphor 5% Inactive Ingredients: Beeswax, eucalptus oil, hard fat, maize germ oil, pine needle oil.

Warnings: For external use only. Do not use: By mouth or in nostrils, for persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema, or if cough is accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus). When using this product do not heat, microwave, add to hot water or any container where heating water. May cause splattering and result in burns. Stop use and ask a doctor if cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash or persistent headache. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
