Conjugated Linoleic Acid(CLA) aids in weight loss by reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass. CLA facilitates the pathway of glucose to the muscle cells thereby preventing the conversion of glucose into fat. A: Unfortunately the gelatin is not Halal. We do have a CLA supplement, not yet listed in our catalog that is vegetarian without any gelatin.
