Calming and stress relief

5-HTP is really great for stress relief and general mood improvement. I find that it has a very calming effect on me and seems to help quiet the noise in my head. I also sleep deeper and more soundly when I am taking it. It is subtle but noticeble and I guess that's what it's supposed to be. I take it every day!!
