I have used this now for 3 weeks and have lost 5 lbs. It has helped curb my cravings for sugars. I am on a goal to lose another 25 lbs. I will order this again.

PGX is the best weight loss product I have ever used. It really does what it says it will do to curb your appetite. The directions say 1-2 softgels before meals and work towards 3-6 per meal. I couldn't get past 3 before each meal I felt so full. No more cravings and I've lost 10 pounds.
Thank you Seacoast for this non-stimulating natural way to eat less and lose weight. I would highly recommend this PGX.

This product "ROCKS!" I have been on fat burners for years, I eat right, do full contact Karate 3hrs twice a week, walk, bike, weights. I plateaued on my weight lost about 2 years ago, and I'm always starving. Well Last week I started taking 3 PGX Daily solfgels before each meal with a large glass of water. Now I'm eating ONLY 3 healthy meals a day. For the first time in my adult life I'm only eating 3 meals a day! WOW! Second day of using PGX Daily I had only 3 meals and no in between snacks to keep my blood sugar levels in place. Every day keeps getting better! Im eating less and less. For dinner last night I had a banana, apple and almonds! I'm so blown away how well this product works! No moodiness, or any of the side effects mentioned. Thank you so much for PGX Daily, I truly feel with everything else I'm doing for my health , now I can lose the weigh I want and be the desired size I need to be. Very Excited!

I started to take PGX two days ago and yesterday I just woke up with this worst stomach pain I ever had. I fainted , puked and had diarrhea. I would never take PGX again. It did stop my cravings but I had the side effects.

I have been using PGX Daily Ultra Matrix for 10 days as well as making better food choices and doing more exercise. I have lost approx. 3lbs already. My issues are the cramping, the bloating and the VERY, VERY STINKY gas!! Not sure how much more my family or I can take eventhough it has helped curb my appetite and promote some weightloss. I recommend this product if you have a gut of steel...maybe I'm a wimp?

I absolutely love this product, i started using it about a two months ago and i have lost a total of 19lbs in the last two months from being active and using PGX daily to control my appetite. I would highly recommend this product to someone wanting to loose weight or control their appetite.
For great results i recommend excersising and using PGX daily.

I can't recommend this product. It left me feeling bloated all the time and constipated. How much water would I need to drink to have the benefits without the bloating? I can't drink more water than I do now (2 liters a day), it's simply not practical for me! Plus, I can't say that it has really curbed my appetite. So, I'm finishing my second bottle and I'm stopping the use of the product.

I have IBS (diarrhoea) and just started taking PGX (day 2). I have experienced bloating, cramping, heart palpitations and a dry mouth. I am only taking one pill with a full glass of water with a meal as directed and I'm not sure if I will be able to hanlde taking more than 1 pill. I will be living in the toilet! The product does curb my appetite and I do seem to be craving a lot of water. I'm on the fence about recommending this product or not.

So far I haven't lost the weight. I've actually gained 3 more lbs. I've been using this about 45 days now. My problem is hypothyroid. I gained about 40lbs in about two yrs. No matter what I do I can't seem to loose it. My doc told me that I would not loose it. In fact I may gain several more lbs. Even though I am now stabelized with meds. I work out at Balleys and I watch what I eat. I am not one of those fast food eaters. I love salad and veggies. I don't snack late at night. I remember hearing people say, "No matter what I do I can't loose the weight" I would think in my head, gee if you stop eating and maybe exercise you would loose the weight, now I am one of those people and it is true. No matter what I do do the weight just keeps creeping up. I've gone from a size 9 to 14 in two years. I am hoping this PGX Daily will work. I am giving it another 60 days. I've tried several other products that claim help with weight loss & appetite and they didn't work either. Not sure what else I can do. I hate being this size and the increase in fat all around makes me even sicker. I feel this excess fat on me and it makes me nuts. I've always been able to burn off what I ate. I am a big eater and that is another problem. This PGX is supposed to help control my hunger and that hasn't happened yet either. I keep hoping that I will notice my clothes a little looser but so far nothing!

ive used this product and i follow the instructions. In fact in my first week, i lost 8lbs. i have no problems , like other people do. i make sure to drink plenty of water , exercise and eat healthy. i totally love this product..

I had trouble keeping my sugar level stable, then I satarted taking PGX daily and it is stable and I was only taking 1 in the morning and 1 at night, now I just started taking the reccomended dosage it should really help.

I have talked to a few people who have had the same problem with bloating. But, i have found that taking an enzyme helps, there is one out there called "Smooth Digest" that could help with the bloating problem. It has been working well with me curbing my in between meal and night time snacking. I suggest trying an enzyme and sticking it out, because the symptoms do go away.

This product is so working for me. I suffer (don't like using that word) from IBS. My gastro doc gave me an rx. The rx was quite expensive to take twice a day. He suggested more fiber in my diet, but I found that really did not help either. The fibrous food left me feeling quite bloated. When I heard about PGX in a magazine to which I subscribe, I noted the info re fiber. Since taking this, not only has it helped my symptoms tremendously, I have lost a few pounds which is always a plus for females (45 and over anyway). I have also been able to decrease my rx to once a day. I will continue to take this supplement and hope that it will replace my rx soon. Thank you so much.

I've been taking this for a week now and have lost 3lbs, i am also eating healthier and excercising so i cant say for sure if it helps but I havent had any bloating or any of these other symptoms I have read about. It curbs my appetite for sure so I will continue taking it. Drinking morewater may help if you are experiencing bloating...idk because i drink like 40 glasses a day.

Question: I also have noticed alot of bloating, espically after some pictures were taken of me at new years i just looked soo bloated i was so confused since iv beeen working out lots and avoiding carbs. Reading this iv just realized its the pgx that iv been taking for over a month now. I havent had any weight loss yet but now im unsure if i want to continue taking it...:(
