Cayenne, often referred to as Chili, or Red Pepper, is highly popular among Naturopaths. The active ingredient in Cayenne is a substance called Capsaicin. When applied topically, Cayenne helps to alleviate pain associated with Fibromyalgia as well as Rheumatoid Arthritis. Cayenne Heat Ointment may also prove to be beneficial for minor muscle pain and achy joints due to excursion.
