I was prescribed this product Coffea Cruda by my physician. At first I was apprehensive because I don't drink coffee ever, and when he said what the name of the product was my respense was, "Gosh! isn't that going to keep me awake and make me hyper!" He said, "No, you'll see - take 5 pellets before bed. To my UTTER AMAZEMENT, from day 1 I have had peaceful, relaxed nights sleeps. This is very amazing because until this time I have been battling through insomnia from mercury toxicity. Although I am getting the mercury flushed out of my body, my sleep was still a huge problem. I think this prouct is fantastic. It also helped me !!! BB
