Okay, this product is thick but I just put it in the microwave to soften. I used this on my baby's eczema. It had improved greatly overnight, and was completely gone in 3 days. I am so happy because I did not want to use any steroids on my baby! I told my pediatrician and he has since thanked me for the info because his other patients are now having great results. Spread the word....GREAT PRODUCT! You will not be disappointed!
