It is noted not to exceed the recommended dosage and to consult with a physician if you are taking any medication before use. It is also recommened that women use a natural progesterone cream while taking Natural Estrogen.
Natural Estrogen should be taken cyclically for 3 weeks and then one week off beginning on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle for premenopausal women and everyday for post menopausal women.
