          Question: I have borderline high cholesterol, my doctor told me to take 5mg of a statin before bed, however i didn't like how I felt in the morning, sometimes it made me dizzy. My husband took citrus bergamot and said he felt better. I am concern about any side effects and how much to take a day since I am borderline. I take probiotics and vitamins everyday no prescription drugs.
