Selenium is important for cardiac function and joint health. It endows flexibility and strength to these tissues. It is an essential trace element that activates GSH (Glutathione Peroxidase) which helps detoxify xenobiotics (chemicals not normally found in living organisms).

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement take 1 tablet daily or as directed by a physician.
