The Most Effective Form of Selenium

SeleNext® contains the most effective selenium compound Methylselenocysteine, combined with BroccoMax® (rich in SGS­ — Sulforaphane Gluco-Sinolate), Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin) and Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate).

Methylselenocysteine is the predominant and most active form of selenium found in nature and food. Each serving of SeleNext® contains 200 mcg of selenium from Methylselenocysteine. Vitamins B2 and E are important to the metabolism of Selenium.*

Take 1 capsule per day, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.

Other Ingredients: Cellulose, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Capsule consists of gelatin.
