I am so glad I found this product! I had read a lot about omega products and the benefits but having this with the evening primrose and the organic flax seed is so much better for me. It has really enhanced my mood and given me a new perspective on life. My hair looks healthier and I do not have all the aches and pains I had previously in the hips, knees and shoulders.
