Primrose 500 is cold-pressed, solvent free oil from evening primrose seeds (Oenothera lamarchiana), a superior source of Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), an important omega 6 fatty acid involved in human metabolism.* To ensure extra protection and product stability, Jarrow FORMULAS® has added the antioxidant gamma tocopherol, a form of Vitamin E.*

Take 1 to 6 softgels per day with meals, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
