Below is the dosing for your dog depending on its weight. The directions do not say that this can be put in the dogs eye but consult with your dog’s veterinarian to see if that is an option.
Suggested daily use for dogs 2–19 lbs:
2–4 lbs: 0.5 mL (EPA: 37 mg / DHA: 51 mg)
5–9 lbs: 1.0 mL (EPA: 74 mg / DHA: 101 mg)
