PMS symptom free is a great formula when you have more than one symptom such as water retention, breast tenderness, faitgue, versus cramps alone. PMS Symptom Free^®* contains Indoplex^® with DIM^® (diindolylmethane) to help support healthy estrogen and progesterone balance - hormones that are particularly active before and during menstruation. In addition, it features chaste tree berry extract to support the production of progesterone; calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D, which play synergistic roles in supporting health during PMS; and iodine for healthy thyroid function.
