Oil of Allspice is potent. It is a rich source of phenolic compounds. Its rich aroma and taste are proof of its powers. Oil of Allspice, the subject of much research, is derived from the highest quality allspice berries, which grow on tropical evergreens. Take 5 or more drops under the tongue or in juice or water as often as needed. May also be added to dessert or baked goods.
