Chinese herbs Dong Quai, Xiang Fu, Shu Di Huang and Lindera, and the European herb Chaste-tree fruit (Vitex) have a long history of traditional use for menstrual support.*

Take 4 capsules before breakfast starting about 10 days before the onset of menstruation and continuing until 2 to 3 days after menstruation begins. Take up to 6 capsules as needed, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
