Question: I ordered this product and it was delivered on Saturday in Dallas to my mailbox. I was out of town until Tuesday. The product set in my outside black mailbox in 100 degree weather. I took the temperature of the inside of the container when I got it in the house and it was 110 with a food thermometer. Do you think the Sunflower Lecithin sitting in 100 degree temperature for 3 days damaged it in some way?

- A: Supplements are meant to be stored in a cool dry place to prevent moisture, to preserve to lengthen the shelf life, and to maintain the potency of the product. Though your supplements should still be good it would be best to use them well before expiration especially if moisture has gotten to them.
