A: Lactoferrin (250 mg 60 capsules) has 250 mg per capsule Other Ingredients Cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Capsule consists of gelatin and titanium dioxide (for color). Contains: Dairy (Whey). No wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no peanuts/tree nuts.

Question: can I take vitamin D with lactoferrin ? Can I take a multivitamin tablet with lactoferrin?
