Nature's Way Hair and Skin (100 caps) is a product designed to help support your hair, skin and nails. It includes Glucosamine which is useful for forming connective tissue and collagen. MSM, or Methylsulfonylmethane is a sulphur that results in the building of proteins that are used in both the hair and skin. Nature's Way Hair and Skin also contains biotin, which is another essential ingredient in the formation of nails, hair and skin. This is combined with a number of Enzymes that work to more efficiently break down food and a number of herbs.
For proper use of this product, take four capsules daily with a glass of water and food.
