Directions:

- A: This Alfalfa Tonic is used for short term use for sleeplessness, tiredness, and mental focus. Some say alfalfa may help lower blood sugar leveles but their is not enough evidence to support that finding. There are no warnings against using this Tonic if you have diabetes but if you are concerned you may want to talk with your physician about this.
