Question: How does this work?

A: The main active ingredient in horny goat weed is "icarin" It works by relaxing smooth muscle tissue and stimulating sex drive. It has shown to relax the involuntary tension in the internal tissue which is believed to cause the central nervous system to shift from so called fight/flight mode to rest/restore mode. It helps relieving fatigue in the mind and body. It is not only used for sexual dysfunctions but also hypertension, coronary heart disease and bronchitis.
