I have been taking IP6 gold for years to support my immune system. I have been reading lately about the benefits of using IP6 Inositol for relaxation and improving moods. In recent years I've changed my diet radically and included IP6 as the only supplement I want to take. The IP6 Gold from the Dr. who found the magic cell healing properties of IP6 virtually by accident has now developed a pure capsule product (instead of a hard tablet product) as the best IP6 I've found.
If you or a loved one need IP6 as a daily supplement to clean out your cells, I can say this particular supplement is by far the best there is.

Dr. Shamsuddin's research and IP6 with inositol product is probably the best natural cancer-fighting weapon in the market. I use it primarily to remove iron from my system, since the only other way excess iron can be taken out of our bodies is by blood-letting. When the Red Cross needs my blood, they get it; however, I depend on IP6 to regularly remove any excess I have.

I have been using IP6 for over 4 years daily as an immune system support. I know what an important role the immune system plays in disease and found IP6. I am healthy with no known diseases but want to keep my immune system strong. Since taking IP6 it evens helps me fight off the winter cold. I have had 2 short colds in the past 2 years and believe that is as a result of using IP6. I read about long term use and haven't found any risks using IP6 every day, long term. This product came highly recommended to help boost healthy

After a diagnosis of prostate cancer six years ago, which I chose not to treat medically and a diagnosis of Stage 4 SCC 18 months ago(treated with chemo and radiation; I believe that IP6 Inositol, Dr. Shamsuddins,is the reason my prostate cancer
has not spread and a major benefit during my chemotherapy threatment for a very agressive cancer. I have had no surgery, only lost 20lbs(ten gained back) and with a persistant diet program in order to maintain strength and weight even my doctors are surprised after a year of no signs of cancer and my energy returning.
I would highly recommend obtaining his book and reading all the possible benefits - I specifically recommend the powder as it is easily disolved in water and offer better absorbtion.

In lieu of taking prescription medication with adverse side effects for lowered bone density I have been taking IP6 Gold for the past year and a half. I am hoping that my next dexa scan will show improvement in bone density. I will return to this review after the test to give the results
