Each serving of ULTIMATE ASCORBATE C tablest and each 1/4 teaspoon of ULTIMATE ASCORBATE C Powder contain 1000 mg of vitamin C as a blend of five fully reacted mineral ascorbates. Ascorbate C is a natural and better form of vitamin C than ascorbic acid because it is pH neutral making it gentler on the digestive system.
