All the articles I've read so far are insistent that in order to have successful weight loss, you need a minimal amount of 1600 mg. daily. In addition, the articles stated that in order to have Garcinia Cambosia stabilized (or preserved) potassium needs to be added to the product for successful delivery as a weight loss product.
