Lavender Calm is a wonderful product for helping the body handle stress + anxiety - it really helps "take the edge" off without making you the least bit tired. It nourishes the adrenal glands and contains 5htp which is a serotonin precursor, which helps with minor depression. Please note that it does smell like lavender when you open the bottle and when you swallow it - the flavor/smell does not repeat however. It is NOT appropriate for people who are on SSRIs due to the inclusion of the 5htp so speak with your doctor if you are on any kind of antidepressants before taking this product.
