can't try it because of inulin

This would be a great product, except for the INULIN, which is not legal on GAPS or SCD diets. Otherwise, this would be a great alternative for children on special diets.

Question: what is inulin. my child on vyvanse for adhd, I have to be very careful about ingredients.
