00A: Nitrix is not for use by those with pre-existing medical conditions or taking any medications, those under the age of 18 or over 50, women that are contemplating pregnancy or nursing, or those that are niacin and beta-alanine sensitive. Combining Nitrix with alcohol may increase the risk of low blood pressure (hypotension) and/or low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) particularly in the fasted state. Please be aware this product contains the naturally occurring amino acid Beta-Alanine, which may cause a tingling skin sensation in some individuals similar to niacin flush. This effect should diminish after a few hours and should ultimately subside after days of continuous use. Although rare, individuals with the genetic disorder hyper Beta-Alaninemia should not use this product.

The supplier stated the reason the indoor method is preferred here is because in this process the cell walls are thinner, more easily broken and more easily digested. The cell walls do not require chemicals to be broken; however, the supplier does not specify a method for breaking the walls.
