Vitamin C is a very powerful antioxidant. It has been used primarily for immune support, and is likely the most widely 

used and accepted vitamin. It is a common misconception that citrus fruits, specifically oranges, contain the highest 

levels of vitamin C; it has been found in higher concentrations in other foods, such as:

Amla (Amalaki Fruit) – This fruit is indigenous to India and is used in Ayurvedic medicine. It has been identified as

one of the richest sources of vitamin C, with as much as two times the amount of vitamin C found in oranges.

It is also rich in valuable amino acids, minerals, and other antioxidants such as S.O.D. (superoxide dismutase).

Acerola Cherry (a.k.a. Barbados Cherry) – Along with Amla, this is considered to be one of the richest food sources

of vitamin C. The Acerola Cherry is found in the northern region of South America and on various Caribbean Islands.

It has been shown to support immune function.

We have included ACTIValoe, an aloe vera gel powder. This is added to support the absorption of vitamin C

as well as to aid in the support of the digestive environment.
