I have been using this product about a year on the suggestion of my naturopath. With this supplement, a mostly organic diet and plenty of farm-work type exercise I have lowered my LDL and increased my HDL by 30 points!

Having always had a problem with high cholesterol, and not wanting to use the statin medications (which have severe side effects) I decided to try this cholesterol formula. Within 6 weeks my fasting cholesterol went from a high of 231 to 178! My doctor was amazed, since he thought I could not lower my cholesterol with supplements, and by avoiding cholesterol containing food. In his words "it's an anomaly", but I feel the 53 point drop is attributed to this supplement.
