My high cholesterol is due to family history. I have an extremely healthy diet and exercise on a regular basis. I dropped my cholesterol 33 points in 3 1/2 month.
I would like to know if there are any side effects. Rating:

My cholesterol was 235 when I started taking this brand of red yeast rice. Dr. wanted me on cholesterol meds and was upset that I wanted to try this first. After 2 months on this I went back for blood work and my cholesterol was down 97 points. It was 138. My dr. was suprised and happy but as a die hard who is pushing government regulated drugs he still wanted me to go on one of his LOL. I have tryed other brands and had the bloodwork done and did not get the same results.. Stick with this brand it is awsome. Rating: Explore More Products
