I do not eat enough fish to balance my omega-3s with the amounts of omega-6s I consume, so I take two tablespoonfuls of Carlsons cod liver oil a day. It tastes great and I feel it helps boost my immune system. Fish oil gel-caps and other solid supplements can easily become rancid (you know it if you burp up a fishy aftertaste following ingestion). Carlson's stays fresh in the fridge for an extended time, and I have never had any go rancid on me. I love it.

Three years ago I had gastric band surgery for weight loss and lost 120 lbs. The nutritionist at the hospital recommended that I take a multi-vitamin since I wouldn't be getting vitamins from many fruits and vegetables that can't pass through the lap-band. I did high concentrated doses of Oil of Oregano recently when I thought I might be experiencing problems, such as IBS and digestion issues, caused by candidiasis. Along with other supplements, including really strong probiotics that I also purchased from Seacoast, my symptoms quickly cleared up. I continued using them for about a month to make sure everything was in balance in my intestinal tract, and have not had problems since. The Oil of Oregano gels are small and easy to swallow. I began using the product about a week ago (December 7, 2012). My blood pressure had been hovering around 130/80. After taking the product for 3 days, I checked my blood pressure at a neighborhood supermarket. To my disbelief, my first reading was 114/64. I took it again and it was 120/62. Upon taking another reading, it was 111/60! Since age 21, my blood pressure had been 110/70. Since growing younger, it had gotten as high as 152/84. Now at age 52, it is almost back to normal. Actually my diastolic pressure is lower.

Now Foods peppermint gels have been a miracle for me. If I eat a meal high in acid content I often have a pain in the pit of my stomach. All I have to do is take 2 peepermint gels and some water and within minutes the burning stops. I have been taking three spoonfuls of coconut oil in the morning and have lost three inches off my waist in the past three months. I also use the coconut oil on the skin of my psorisis patients. Costco has good variety at these same prices ($18 for 32 oz, 36oz), tried pretty much all of them. none of them taste as good as this brand. i can tell it has real vitamins cause when you drink a lot, and your urine is yellow, that means excess vitamins went through your system that the body couldnt absorb. liquid vitamins in general have 80% absorption, hard pills are around 10%/20% (i forgot). plus there's a few exotic algae in here too.
