I have tried a few different Healthy Origins products and I think this brand is excellent. The 5-htp has helped me relax and get the quality sleep I need. I sleep more sound and wake up so much more refreshed than before. It has also helped my mood. I would recommended this to anyone that has problems falling to sleep and getting the rest they need.
