Melatonin 1.5mg Sustained Release (90 tabs)

Melatonin is a hormone produced in the pineal glands of humans. Production of Melatonin production begins around three months of life. Melatonin increases through our adolescence and begins to decrease once we've reached the age of twenty.

Melatonin is an antioxidant. Abnormal natural production of this hormone can have adverse affects on our bodies. Melatonin helps regulate body temperature, sleep, and may play a role in growth and maturity. Considered an "orphan drug" by the FDA, Seacoast Natural Foods' Melatonin is not a drug, and is all natural.
