Question: triacyl means 3 fatty acids1 glycerol.cholesterol as the name setgusgs is a waxy steroid metabolite remember one thing it is present in the cell membranes and it is a very important component .now if the cholesterol levels are higher in the body then they form cholesterol plaques in the blood vessels which are solidified by calcium.these are known as atherosclerotic plaques.they narrow the lumen and if located in the coronary vessels can lead to ischemic heart disease.thats ol i can say in short otherwise its a huge topic to discusss..
