Question: I have purchased this product today for my husband who has sinus problems. Can he take this product in water and drink as well as inhale in hot water.
- A: Essential Oils are never to be ingested as they are highly concentrated. This product can be put in a spray bottle with 1 oz of water an up 10 drops of the lemon oil and sprayed on the skin or it can simply be smelled by waving it under the nose. I hope this information is helpful for your husband.
