To use as an Energizing Mist, use 5 drops ginger, 10 drops grapefruit, 5 drips nutmeg and mix with 1oz of water in a mister.  Or use as Grounding Diffusion with 5 drops of ginger and 5 drops of mandarin orange in a candle lamp diffuser.
