Question: We love cranberries at our house, and not just besacue I come from central Wisconsin, where they grow so many. Even my sheltie Dodie, who has severe digestive problems can eat cranberries. I love watching a dog eat one for the first time. They are invariably suspicious of them, positive you are trying to poison them. Why else would you give them something so sour? They roll them around the floor, pick them up, pierce them a bit with their canines, drop them, roll them some more, and only when they think someone is going to take their berry away from them do they finally take a real taste and decide, hey, this thing is pretty good, got any more?
