Carnitine plus Co-Q10 and B5 (50 capsules)

L-Carnitine is an amino acid found in high concentrations in heart and liver tissues, where, inside the cells (mitochondria), L-Carnitine helps transform fats into energy.* Coenzyme Q10 is an important antioxidant also found in high concentration in human heart and liver tissue, particularly in the inner mitochondrial membrane where cell energy is produced.* Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) also participates in the production of energy by the mitochondria.* Lecithin facilitates the absorption of Co-Q10 and carnitine.*

Jarrow FORMULAS® Co-Q10 is derived from fermentation and consists only of the natural trans configuration, the same as is synthesized in the human body. Jarrow FORMULAS® supports clinical research on Coenzyme Q10.

Take 1 to 4 capsules per day, preferably with food, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.

Other Ingredients:

Cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Capsule consists of gelatin.

Contains: Soy (from lecithin).
