Question: Sir,i am 40 years old and i am suffering from hiatus hernia from last 3 years and also have a problem of fear and anxiety.When i am traveling in train and if there is too much rush i feel fear and searching the door.i cant go in to hospital or stay in hospital due to fear.i have also a sex problem.some one suggested me the Argentum Nitricum 30X.the tell me that your all problem will solved after taking the same homeopathy medicine.Please suggested me that what dose i have to take of it how many times in a day.I have already purchased the from market in form of small sweet tablets.Please guide me oblige.
