    Question: Hey man be careful with the Yohimbe thats in that prudoct..It can make your heart race and cause Anxiety and Panic attacks as well..Im assuming that you bought this prudoct from Vitamin World because thats the only place that ive seen this available..Most of those ingredients are stimulants and if you have any sort of heart problem or anxiety problem then i suggest you stop taking that immediately..Also make sure when you take that that you dont have ANY caffiene what so ever!!..Seriously brother be careful with that! ok.

      Question: This is some great advice! I think panerts often find it hard to stay motivated to keep in shape being a mum can be pretty tiring! It's hard to get out and exercise before breakfast as you are often in the throws of getting ready for school and it can be a really stressful time of day. I think mums need to find exercises which will fit into their busy lives which don't take up too much time.

        Question: I've been going more vegan lately for pesoanrl reasons. I've been a vegetarian for 15 years. I've recently tries Purely Decadent, which is a dairy free ice cream. I did not like the one with soy in the name. However this one is good. I bought it at Whole Foods. I'm not sure if there is soy in it or not. I agree about the dark chocolate. I prefer the mint dark chocolate though. If you look up egg replacement on PETA, there is a product that you can buy. I have not seen it in a store yet, but I'm sure one carries it. I hope the detox works for you. If you are craving peanut butter, try sunbutter. Its made from sunflower seeds. I love it. My son has a peanut allergy, so I've tried different substitutes over time.
