Question: This is some great advice! I think panerts often find it hard to stay motivated to keep in shape being a mum can be pretty tiring! It's hard to get out and exercise before breakfast as you are often in the throws of getting ready for school and it can be a really stressful time of day. I think mums need to find exercises which will fit into their busy lives which don't take up too much time.

Question: I've been going more vegan lately for pesoanrl reasons. I've been a vegetarian for 15 years. I've recently tries Purely Decadent, which is a dairy free ice cream. I did not like the one with soy in the name. However this one is good. I bought it at Whole Foods. I'm not sure if there is soy in it or not. I agree about the dark chocolate. I prefer the mint dark chocolate though. If you look up egg replacement on PETA, there is a product that you can buy. I have not seen it in a store yet, but I'm sure one carries it. I hope the detox works for you. If you are craving peanut butter, try sunbutter. Its made from sunflower seeds. I love it. My son has a peanut allergy, so I've tried different substitutes over time.

Question: Centrum Performance has all the vitamins Centrum (original) has, but it's pakced with a heavy amount of B vitamins, a little bit of ginseng root, and some gingko bilboa.I don't know about the health benefits of ginseng root, but gingko bilboa is supposedly said to increase blood flow to the brain. Good for improving the memeory.Just a caveat: This version has a tad bit less calcium than the original versino. Only 10 meaning you'd have to either eat more peas and bell peppers andor drink more milk to compensate but remember that centrum is just a supplement for the typical American diet that is oily and lacking in nutrients.

Some of the chemicals eat up the equipment corrosive leading to expensive to maintain. We can re-inject the water back about where it came from but that uses most of the energy the hot water produced.B There is no evidence that extracting geo energy, causes volcanic eruptions. In theory, geo may delay or prevent a volcanic erruption let's put lots of geo plants at Yellowstone National Park.D Easy may be correct at a few locations, but a well ten miles deep is expensive and is likely to fail, without high expertise. There are few locations where shallow wells give lots of hot water. Getting energy from warm water on a hot day gets quite difficult.
