Calcium Ascorbate is not acidic and will not contribute to excess stomach acidity or irritation in sensitive persons.  Calcium Ascorbate is synthesized from a combination of Ascorbic Acid and Calcium Carbonate to form Calcium Ascorbate. Antioxidant Protection- Buffered C Sustained Release- With 500 mg Bioflavonoids

Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily, preferably with meals. 

Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Grape Seed Extract.  Pycnogenol® and Alpha Lipoic Acid.
