Question: I am 29 years old and I go to gym everyday. In order to maintain the protein level of my body I am planning to take soy powder.Could you please tell me how much should I take daily and is it okay if I mix it with cornflakes and have during breakfast?
  • A: The serving size of this soy protein is 1/4 cup, and if you'd prefer, you can mix it in the milk you use for your cornflakes.
