Apple flavored Psyllium Fiber is a convenient and tasty way to increase the level of dietary fiber in your diet. Psyllium husks have the ability to swell up to 100 times their initial volume when added to water or juice.
Suggested Use:
Mix 1 tablespoon into 8-12 oz of juice or water, 1 to 3 times daily. Drink additional fluids throughout the day.
