Lithium aspartate has little information readily available on it's uses online, but is most commonly used for natural treatment of hypothyroidism and thyroid diseases. It helps spread iodine evenly throughout the body and affects chemicals in the brain, modulating them to increase seratonin production.
Solaray's Lithium Aspartate, like most other Solaray products, are easily swallowed and well packaged. I like the product and am looking forward to continuing my regimen with it.
