5 Hormone Panel Test Kits

Evalu8 is the all natural personal hormone assessment kit from Life-Flo that can help you better understand your body.  Each individual has their own unique biological chemical fingerprint.  Over time, certain processes occur which can alter the way we feel and how our bodies react when in certain situations.  How healthy we are and how well balanced our hormones are correlates directly to how our bodies cope with stress and illness.

Evalu8 benefits both women and men!  Containing panels for an array of hormonal testing, Evalu8 comes with a Female Panel, Male Panel, Stress Panel, Fitness Panel, and a Sleep Panel.  Taking a sample for a hormone test has never been easier!  Simply chose which test you wish to send in, follow the instructions carefully, collect the required saliva samples and send it to the laboratory in the provided pre-paid pack.  Your results will be assessed by professionals and mailed to you upon completion.  Life-Flo asks that you please allow at least two weeks to receive your results.  The results of your selected hormone screening test are to be used for reference only; for a diagnosis and/or treatment recommendations, please consult your physician.

Female Panel – Progesterone, 17 β-Estradiol, Estrone, Testosterone : Assesses hormonal status of women.

Male Panel – Testosterone, DHT, 17 β-Estradiol, Progesterone : Assesses hormonal status of men.

Stress Panel – Cortisol (a.m. & p.m.), DHEA-S (a.m. & p.m.), Testosterone : Assesses status of adrenal hormones.

All Evalu8 saliva assessments are carried out at AllVia Labs (a division of Life-flo Health Care Products), in Phoenix, Arizona. AllVia Labs' state-of-the-art saliva testing facility is CLIA licensed, and utilizes highly sensitive and proprietary technology.
